Shipping policy

Order processing

After receiving the customer's payment, the customer's registered mailbox will receive the order information. On normal working days, customer orders will be shipped within 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and statutory holidays. Orders will be shipped from different US or Canada warehouses based on actual inventory situation.

After the order is sent, an email containing tracking information will be sent to the customer. Please check the tracking progress or log into your account on our website.

Free shipping – United States (Contiguous 48 States)

Under normal circumstances, parcels will be dispatched from local warehouses in the United States, and different shipping channels will be arranged according to product size. Normally, they will be shipped by standard shipping.

The contiguous United States is a free shipping area (no additional shipping fee, except for special regions). Packages will be delivered within 2–7 working days.

Hawaii and Alaska are not included in free shipping. For these regions:

• Accessories: $10 shipping per order

• Remote control cars: $30 shipping per order

Free shipping – Canada

For customers in Canada, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Global shipping

We support global shipments. For all countries outside the United States and Canada, international transportation fees apply:

• Accessories: $10 shipping per order

• Remote control cars: $30 shipping per order

Due to long-distance transportation and the unpredictability of international logistics, delivery generally takes 7–15 working days (depending on the country or region).

Our company will legally declare the value of goods. Any customs duties or other fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's customs policy before ordering.
