Defective or Damaged Items:
If received goods are visibly damaged or not as described, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free exchange.
We offer replacement or refund (partial or full based on condition) for defective items (excluding damage from accident, misuse, abuse, or improper care). A photo is required.
If your item is not working properly, report the issue within 14 days of receipt by email. Once confirmed defective, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
