I've never seen this much value for this little money!

It's very, very fast. Components including metal driveline & brushless motor are top-shelf. Even adjustable steering ratio. JUST BUY IT, you'll not regret it.

2 caveats:
1) It is FAST. Evn at half-speed setting, it is VERY difficult toodling along as you do with normal cheap rc cars & trucks. You literally have to keep a finger under the accelerator to keep it at low speeds, and this I would say id a seriously lacking feature they should have built in.

2) There is not enough body / faring underneath. Between the body & chassis, there is a wide opening, letting in water, mud, dust, sand, rocks. We plan on taping this opening up, but a very simple, very inexpensive body shell alteration would have made a huge difference. It is no fun having to wash that grit out from inside the mechanisms - steering, drive shaft, motor. And water in there .... just makes me nervous.

Hi, I bought this new model because the old one that I bought in 2017 was becoming old and worn, and I preferred to leave this last one to my 6 years old daughter. I can tell that, just like it's former model, it is a super, super fast car, easily catching the posted speed, which is 52 km/h compared to the previous model's 48 km/h, and since it's a Four Wheel Drive compared to the two wheel propulsion drive of the old model, it catches the speed much more faster. It still can go around in shallow waters and splashes, and everything has been enhanced, in fact, apart from the casing which received superficial alteration, I find it a little less good looking but whatever, everything has been rebuilt, it is now very efficient in grass, where the former model was encountering some difficulties and be better avoid stopping anywhere in the grass for no reason and sometimes stay jammed. The new model is now litterally dominant in the grass. Even if slightly smaller, the new model is better in every aspect, knowingly the power, the speed, the batteries that are now rechargeable by USB. You can also tell the difference by the internal noise itself, where everything now became so silent. The system is so powerful that the car is fairly hard to handle in max speed, and the only slight inconvenience I found two months after purchasing it, is that the signal gets interferences when the car passes below the street's electrical wires and stop obeing for a few seconds, also sometimes when you play with both cars at the same time. The forward lights are new to me, in fact they stay on all the time, and are not really important in my opinion, since I never play in the dark, but it's up to the owner to figure out if they like that or not. But in overview, the former model was though, and so the new one. Maybe try to buy it from the original store, maybe you'll wait a month before receiving it rather than a day, but maybe you'll pay 100$ rather than 200$ like I did.

We just got our RC car today and it was super fast delivery. This RC car is the best for the money so far. I have owned Traxxas and other similar priced one like this HOSIM RC car. This is the best one so far. It probably runs 35+mph and the battery life is also excellent. My 6 year old son loves this and we will buy one more to race. I wish HOSIM makes a different color of this RC Car so we can easily distinguish for race. I highly recommend this product whoever wants to buy a high quality RC car with an affordable price. I guarantee this little monster could beat any other 4x4 RC cars in this price range.

I just got this RC today for my 9 year old. I will say that I am very impressed. Ready to rock and roll right out of the box. I own 2 nitro trucks and this thing rips!!!! And yes, wheelie bars are needed if you have a heavy finger. Nice little rig, well built. Just waiting on the extra batteries and actual plug in wall charger I bought.

Hands down, great customer service! Had a couple of issues after a couple of charges and the costumer service was prompt and corrected the problem within 2 days!

Be sure to get the 1000 series batteries. The amazon suggested 1600 series are too big. ??
